Kindergarten management software

A kindergarten runs on a different rhythm than a learning center: attendance is daily, fees are monthly and meals are a module of their own. The Zukkoma kindergarten edition is built around that rhythm.

Plans and pricingAll features

Child records

Group, date of birth, health notes and parent contacts — all on one card per child.

Daily attendance

The teacher marks it in the morning. Absences and their reasons roll into the monthly report, and fees are calculated from it.

Monthly fees and debt

The monthly invoice is generated automatically. Missed days are taken into account and unpaid accounts appear in a separate list.

Parent communication

Announcements, payment reminders and daily updates go out over Telegram — no need to call each parent.

Key facts

  • 01The Zukkoma kindergarten edition keeps child records, daily attendance, monthly fees and meal menus in one system.
  • 02A separate edition exists for kindergartens; it differs from the learning-center edition in which modules it includes.
  • 03Kindergarten plans also start at 590,000 UZS per month and include a 20-day free trial.
  • 04Parent notifications are delivered through Telegram, so no separate mobile app has to be installed.

Frequently asked questions

How does the kindergarten edition differ from the learning-center one?

In the kindergarten edition attendance is recorded daily, fees are calculated monthly and a meal-menu module is included. In the learning-center edition attendance is tied to the class schedule and groups are organised by course.

Do parents get access?

Yes, parents have their own login and can see their child’s attendance, payment status and the kindergarten’s announcements. Notifications are also sent over Telegram.

Are meal menus handled in the system?

Yes, meals are a separate module: the daily menu is entered in the system and shown to parents.

Which plan suits a kindergarten?

Most private kindergartens fit the Start plan: up to 150 children at 590,000 UZS per month. As the group grows they move to Ziyoli — up to 350 children at 990,000 UZS per month.

How does the trial work?

A registered kindergarten uses the system free for 20 days and no card details are required. An application is normally approved within 5 minutes.

Attendance tracking system

A paper register has two problems: it gets lost and it cannot be audited. In a digital register every mark is stored with its author and timestamp, and the report assembles itself.

Payment and debt tracking

In many centers outstanding debt lives in a notebook or in the bookkeeper’s memory. By the end of the month nobody can say exactly who owes what. In the system it is a single list.

SMS and Telegram notifications

Much of an administrator’s day goes on phone calls: who was absent, who has not paid, when the lesson moved. All of those messages can be sent automatically.
