Attendance

Attendance tracking system

A paper register has two problems: it gets lost and it cannot be audited. In a digital register every mark is stored with its author and timestamp, and the report assembles itself.

One tap to mark

The teacher opens the group on a phone and marks the register right after class. No need to sit down at a computer.

Late arrivals count too

Absent, late and excused are three separate states, stored separately and reported separately.

Parents told immediately

If a child misses a class, the parent gets a Telegram message. This noticeably reduces the number of phone calls.

Linked to billing

Missed classes feed into the monthly calculation automatically — nothing has to be recalculated by hand.

Key facts

  • 01Zukkoma records attendance in three states: present, absent and excused.
  • 02Each attendance mark stores who set it and when, so later edits can be audited.
  • 03When a child misses a class, the parent is notified automatically over Telegram.
  • 04Missed classes are automatically taken into account in the monthly fee calculation.

Frequently asked questions

Can a teacher mark attendance from a phone?

Yes. The system runs in the browser and adapts to a phone screen, so no separate app is required.

Can an attendance mark be changed later?

It can, but every change is stored with its author and timestamp. The director can review the edit history.

How does attendance affect payment?

Excused absences are shown separately in the monthly calculation and, depending on the rule you choose, are either deducted from the fee or carried over to the next month.

Is the attendance module billed separately?

No. Attendance is part of the Zukkoma plan and is not sold on its own. Plans start at 590,000 UZS per month and every one of them includes a 20-day free trial.

Who do I contact with a question?

Support runs through Telegram at @zukkoma_help_bot and on +998 77 140 12 34, Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 23:00.

Learning center CRM system

From the first enquiry to the last payment, every stage lives in one system. Instead of a spreadsheet, a paper register and reminders on someone’s phone, there is a single source: who enrolled, how many classes they attended, what they paid and what they still owe.

Payment and debt tracking

In many centers outstanding debt lives in a notebook or in the bookkeeper’s memory. By the end of the month nobody can say exactly who owes what. In the system it is a single list.

SMS and Telegram notifications

Much of an administrator’s day goes on phone calls: who was absent, who has not paid, when the lesson moved. All of those messages can be sent automatically.
