Frequently asked questions
Can an existing student base be imported?
Yes. Import from an Excel file is supported; columns are mapped to system fields before the import runs.
What happens to the data when a student leaves?
The card is archived and attendance and payment history are kept. If the student returns, the old history is restored.
What can a parent see?
A parent sees their own child’s timetable, attendance and payment status, plus the center’s announcements. Other students’ data is not visible to them.
What languages is the database kept in?
The interface works in Uzbek, Russian and English, and student records can be entered in any of them.
